Why MBBS Abroad

A government seat is not the only path to an MD.

Over 2 lakh students appear for NEET each year and don't secure a government seat. Private MBBS in India costs ₹80L–2 Crore at management and deemed university seats. MBBS abroad is the established alternative — same NMC recognition, a fraction of the cost.

Equivalent degree, NMC recognised

Every university we recommend appears on the NMC's approved list. Your degree is valid to practise medicine in India after clearing FMGE / NExT.

Total cost ₹18–45 lakh

Including tuition, hostel, food and travel — not just the first year. You get a transparent, full breakdown for every country.

We recommend by FMGE data — not commission

Philippines is excluded from our recommendations because of NMC compliance risk, regardless of the commission. Your child's career comes first.

Why Trust Us

An MBBS abroad is only worth it if you can practise in India.

That single truth drives every recommendation we make. Here is how we protect your child's future — and your family's investment.

We show you the real FMGE data

Most consultants hide pass rates. We lead with them. Every university recommendation is backed by its actual FMGE/NExT performance — not marketing claims.

NMC-approved universities only

We only recommend universities listed by the National Medical Commission. We will refuse to send your child somewhere their Indian licence is at risk.

Outcome over commission

We get paid the same regardless of which country you choose. That means our shortlist is built around your child's success, not our margin.

Transparent fees, in writing

Tuition, hostel, food, visa — every cost itemised before you commit. No surprise charges in year two. No hidden agent fees.

A note for parents: If a consultant promises guaranteed admission, zero entrance requirements, or pushes a country we have flagged as high-risk, walk away. Your child has worked too hard to gamble their licence.

Who We Are

Built by someone who has seen both sides.

Abroad Visions was founded after watching too many families get misled by commission-driven consultants. Our founder has personally tracked FMGE outcomes, visited partner universities, and turned those insights into this advisory.

"I started Abroad Visions because I was tired of seeing bright students end up at universities with 15% FMGE pass rates — universities that paid consultants the highest commission. That needed to change."

10+ years in international medical admissions

Personally guided 200+ students to MBBS abroad

Verified FMGE outcome tracking since 2018

Our promise: Every family that contacts us gets a completely honest assessment — including when MBBS abroad is not the right choice for their child. We would rather lose a client than send a student to the wrong university.

We thought a doctor in the family was impossible after NEET. Abroad Visions showed us the real numbers and helped us pick Tashkent. My son is now in his third year.

FAQ

Questions every parent asks.

Straightforward answers — no marketing language.

Yes — provided the university is on the NMC (National Medical Commission) approved list. After completing your MBBS abroad, you must clear the FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) or the forthcoming NExT exam to practise medicine in India. We recommend only NMC-approved universities.

For NMC-recognised MBBS abroad, NEET qualification is mandatory from 2024 onwards. The minimum qualifying score is 50th percentile for general category (40th for reserved categories). Unlike private MBBS in India, there is no high-score competition — if you are NEET-qualified, you can apply.

We give every family an itemised breakdown covering tuition, hostel/accommodation, food, travel (to and from India each year), visa fees, and study materials. Depending on the country and university, realistic totals range from ₹20 lakh (Kyrgyzstan) to ₹50 lakh (Georgia) for the full programme. We never quote just Year 1 fees.

The NMC issued an advisory in 2021 flagging compliance concerns about Philippines medical universities for Indian students. Students who completed MBBS in the Philippines have faced difficulties with FMGE registration. Until the situation is formally resolved, we will not recommend the Philippines — regardless of commission.

Universities pay us a referral fee when a student enrolls. Critically, this fee is standardised and does not vary by country or university — so we have no financial incentive to push you toward an expensive or poorly-performing institution. Our income depends entirely on you choosing the right place and completing your degree successfully.

Yes. We stay with you from application through to graduation. This includes visa assistance, pre-departure orientation, airport coordination on arrival, hostel check-in support, and a point of contact throughout your degree for any issues that arise.

If your child is NEET-qualified (meets the minimum percentile), there are genuine pathways abroad. Kyrgyzstan and Bangladesh offer quality NMC-recognised MBBS at the lowest cost. We will tell you honestly whether an option makes sense, not just take your money.

Yes. Thousands of Indian women are studying MBBS in Uzbekistan, Georgia, Nepal, and other destinations safely. We assess hostel security, presence of Indian communities, city safety records, and availability of Indian food for every recommendation. Several families in our network have specifically sent daughters — we can connect you with them for first-hand accounts.
